Fields

Auto = 2

Classic TIFF unless the uncompressed pixel bytes pass 4 GB, then BigTIFF.

Big = 1

BigTIFF (version 43), which some older readers cannot open.

Classic = 0

Classic TIFF (version 42). Saving throws before writing anything when the file could pass 4 GB.
