Fields

Blank = 8: :blank: a page left empty by a forced break, such as the page before break-before: right.
First = 1: :first: the document's first page.
Left = 2: :left: a left (verso) page.
None = 0: No pseudo-class.
Right = 4: :right: a right (recto) page.
